Since 2009, I have worked in mental health specializing in helping clients adjust to life stage transitions and stressors. My passion, as a generalist practitioner, is to assist clients in making connections that lead to life changing insights and breakthroughs. The broad lense approach assist clients in meeting their individual goals, and determine the best therapeutic approach to improve the client's emotional and life functioning. I am widely practiced in EMDR and CBT. I also incorporate systems-based approach as necessary for families or couples needing help with relationships and communication.
